Customized Products
All customized items, including but not limited to custom t-shirts, mugs, and personalized printed products, are made specifically according to the customer’s design, text, or instructions.
Because of the personalized nature of these products:

Refunds or returns are not accepted once the order has been processed or delivered.

Orders cannot be canceled after printing has begun.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging and quality control. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will be happy to assist.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect must be provided.

The issue must be due to a manufacturing or printing error on our part.
Once verified, we will offer:

A replacement, or

A refund, depending on the situation.
Incorrect Information Provided by Customer
Lunera Wear is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer, including:

Spelling or design mistakes approved by the customer

Wrong size selection

Incorrect shipping address
Such orders are not eligible for refund or return.
Non-Customized Products
If any non-customized products are offered:

Returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer
Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
